The Origin
It started the way most real things start — with a personal experience that did not add up. Like most people trying to optimise their health and performance, the founder was trusting the brands everyone trusts: the ones with large advertising budgets, the sponsored athletes, the “clinically proven” badges printed confidently on every bottle.
Then he went one layer deeper. Read the actual research. Read the labels properly. Understood what was really in the products he had been paying for — and what wasn’t.
The more he looked, the wider the pattern became — an entire consumer landscape built on the gap between what products claimed and what they actually delivered. Exceptional marketing. Mediocre product. A system optimised for perception rather than performance, and a regulatory environment content to let it continue.
The Arc was built from that conviction — a decision to create something that actually worked, that treated Indian consumers with the respect their intelligence and money deserved. Built carefully and deliberately, from first principles, without a playbook. Because there isn’t one for something genuinely new.
What We Found
The research was not obscure. It was published pharmacology, available to anyone willing to look past the product page. The brands knew. They made a different calculation.

The government agency responsible for protecting Indian consumers had been failing to act on brands whose claims, when independently tested by journalists and YouTubers, showed significant deviation from what was printed on the label. The gap between what was claimed and what was delivered was not a mistake. It was a model.
What We Built
The Arc is a formulation-first brand. Every ingredient decision traces back to a receptor, a transporter, or a metabolic pathway — not a trend, not a cost optimisation, not a competitor’s label.
Our formulations are calibrated to the Indian dietary reality — not imported wholesale from American or European research. The typical Indian diet creates specific micronutrient deficiency patterns that differ from Western populations. High carbohydrate intake, widespread vegetarianism, different sun exposure patterns — these factors change how supplements should be dosed and what cofactors matter most. We account for this. No Indian brand does it seriously. No Western brand can do it authentically.
And when the science moves, our formulations move with it — openly, with explanation. When a formulation changes, we will say why — before anyone asks. This is how medicine works. This is how Arc works.

Our Standard
FSSAI compliance is our baseline — the legal floor, not the ambition. The Arc tests every batch to US FDA and European Union standards. Our manufacturing partners operate in GMP-certified, US FDA-approved facilities. Every batch carries a Certificate of Analysis. Every result is published.
We do not use trademarked ingredients reflexively as marketing signals. We evaluate each one: does the trademark reflect genuinely proprietary research and superior outcomes? If yes, we use it. If the generic form is biochemically identical at the dose that matters — we use that, and we explain why. We pay for science, not logos.
Our Commitment
If we ever fall short of this — if a batch result is not what it should be, if a formulation decision is later contradicted by stronger evidence — we will tell you first. Before anyone else asks. Because that is the only way this works.
